New York Updates Its Model HERO Act Plan Regarding Face Covering Requirements
The update made on September 23rd, 2021, requires immediate review and possible revision of plans adopted pursuant to the New York Health and Essential Rights (“HERO”) Act. The key change in the revised model plan is the loosening of the face-covering requirements for employees in workplaces where all individuals on the premises are vaccinated. Read more.
How Companies Are Dealing with Burnout to Keep Workers on Board
64% of people have experienced burnout in their career, and 41% of workers say that burnout happened in just the past few months, a survey by the HR tech company Workhuman found. Another survey found a majority of workers, some 70%, said they’d leave their current job for another offering better resources to reduce symptoms of burnout. Read more.
